Damn, it was easier than I thought.. I interpreted the message a little too literally

I manually deciphered the message - now I'm stuck finding the correct answer.. This challenge seems to be a little be picky

Same here.. Took me about 2 minutes to load the whole image and 10 seconds to find the solution in GIMP
