Sorry this is stupid question

I know you are gonna say I'm a noob and whatever but i don't care.
Everyone has to start somehow and somewhere.
So what programming language should I use?
And do you have any other tips for a new comer?

yeah, the first thing: -Obtain knowledges about computers
-Obtain Linux
-Start learning HTML, Perl, PHP.
