1.Proxy
2.Proxy switcher
3.proxy server

1+3 and based on that 2 just switches between proxies.

proxies are just computers you send your data packets to first and then they forward the packet to where it is meant to go, usually this is done to bypass IP bans on networks/applications or to try to be anonymous.

side note: you know I once heard that wikipidia is more accurate than Britanica but I've chosen google because it brings you what you want from every where even from wikipidia
