Not only does he not speak English, he's constantly advertising unwanted hacks that probably containt viruses. I find it ridiculous that one of the VERY FEW hacker forums on the internet that's supposed to be legit is also one of the VERY LEAST moderated ones.

I agree. A 'forum-cleanup' once every <insert time frame here> is totally ineffective. We need to sort these things out as they happen.
