I got one way to execute the code but hardly find another one...
Is the code runnable in 2 ways without modifying it?
Or did I understand anything wrong with the challenge?

It's much less complicated than you think. No need to run anything at all.

I don't get it... are the semicolons significant? What about the blank lines at the end?

I got the first 'decrypt' - I just can't think how it might be done in any other language. Your hint about running it doesn't clear it up

The thing you are missing is very obvious if you know what your looking for. Just a simple clue:- Why does the file have scrollbars scrolling way beyond the end of the text?
