Obiously it can be made at any hour... But, i dont know how to tell the script (chal.php) the time i want...

Checking it every minute by hand? ... You obviously didn't mean that. ....Right?
Checking it with a script would be nice, but I don't know how to make the script run every minute or so. If anyone could provide that single line (or two lines? wth) of code, It'd make things alot easier.

Seriously, if the idea of these challenges is to ask in the forum for each problem you have, so I am in the wrong place...
Asking is nice... but take your time in each challenge, and respect your learning speed...
Challenges will get difficult, believe me! And if you don't learn to do things by yourself now.. I don't think you will go much further...
