How to start the challenges?

my friend told me to click on the circles (Meoint) but i dont see any circles on the map, so how can i solve the challenges?

This is a known problem with the map viewer: if you're not logged in, you won't see any of the points on the map. Make sure you're logged in, and then go back to the challenge map, and you should see the points (you might have to reload if you had already visited the challenge map page from the same browser session).
