So, lets suppose you are working in a console. type "vim filename.c" - this will create filename.c and open vim so you'll be able to edit it. Edit the file (in VIM to start writing press I. To save press : and enter W. Confirm with Enter. To quit use :Q.). Save it. Now compile it: cc filename.c . This will generate aa.out file. You can run it with sh a.out
