Yeah... Users send packets to the server, and when it gets overloaded, it breaks down.

Don't know yet. The problem is, that not all servers are vulnerable. A lot of servers are blocking packets.

yeah like : close the electrisity from the whole city or control the traffic and so many other thinks.....
