My first guess was to inspect all these I’s (Je = french for I, the title wasn’t JE ).
After solving the Hacker Exposed challenge I knew the answer . But because there’s a coincidence between the answer’s binary code and the number of I’s, I spent to much time to find 0/1 assignments.
Finally I reviewed the didactic text challenges and tried simple substitution on all capital letters without I. When removing only single I’s, Mr., Mrs. and Miss, the substitution leads to fully readable text
