The thing changed places in 1995.
I tried every format I could think of but no success.
Any hint?

I got three different "elements" out of the image.

But I see no way to answer the question. Do I need to decode the third element in any obscure way?

I am stuck with this challenge for so long ... I have seen the movie several times. Should I look for some other information or should I just guess a correct format of translation of her answer?
