Like many of people, I am truly stuck. I've tried most things, like adding up the digits, a hex interpretation, and loads more.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

For the conversion of the numbers you need to think out of the box, it's not mathematics you're supposed to do

The challenge has absolutely nothing to do with math. Just think about where you have seen numbers like that before. It should be pretty obvious then what to do with them.

I honestly cant say what V.I.L.E stands for and nor do I have any idea, but just keep thinking and you will almost certainly get it after a while.

I'm going to go with Villain's International League of Evil as it's name appears to be nothing more than a wild goose chase to distract you which is an evil thing to do. Google also turned up or Vi Like Emacs, I suppose that could be used to speed up solving this problem once you've got your teeth into it but then again that is true for a lot of the challenges.

Don't pay too much reference to the title. it won't really help you in solving the puzzle. I can know, I just solved it moments ago.

There are however allready a lot of hints in here. Mainly those from Horst helped me solve the challenge. Try to combine those and you should be able to find a solution.

That one is funny! Well, I think the 7 is ambiguous... thought when you got to that point, that won't hinder you anyways.
