Hm, strange... I though that it's easy to find webs about hacking in ebery country... For example in Czech Republic there are hundreds pages about hacking, on-line hacking school (it uses IRC channel) and so on...

err dude like learn English like its the 2nd most popular language in the world the first is mandoren Chinese but that's cuz Asia is like 6 times our size
