Did it also with golly. For the conversion i used JCS (own tool at wechall.net/tools/JCS) to suck the rgb values and put them into a same size bmp with a hex-editor. The golly gui was insane fast within windows (using hyperspeed button). But to solve it i needed to do bgolly -i 10000000 -m1000000000...

I think using an already existing network might be better than creating a new. The reason for that is, in my opinion, that the chance is good you get more users into the channel, because they hang out in that network already. I would suggest freenode or idlemonkeys as network, since they already hav...

I love the map and the tree structure; very nice idea.
Also the challenges seem _all_ very well chosen, so big congrats to the creators of hacker.org.

Which Challs are solved

Hello,

Can i recognize somehow if i already solved a challenge?

The color of the dots on the map does not seem to be an indicator. (or it seems a bit bugged to me)

Maybe nice would be to output "You solved this already" in the challenge page.
