I just used IrfanView. For some reason I couldn't save it to RAW format, but then all I had to do was save to PPM binary format and remove manually the ASCII header...

How do I do that? I've tried Google, but couldn't make it work...

Found a solution, but when I submit it, it acts as if I had refreshed the page instead of submitting my answer... Maybe it's too long? I had to add a fair amount of "nops" to make my solution work...

I couldn't figure CipherQuest C, though. I was able to get the answer from what I found, but that is definitely not what I would call a "plaintext".
