The title is just a hint to how to decode it. The answer is not latin. When you get it... you'll know.Andr3w wrote:damn ...

Personally, the title didn't help me, and only made sense once I figured out how to decrypt it. Perhaps it'll make sense once you figure out what you're suppose to do.

i know theoretically how to figure it out ...
the title has sth to do with the person who gave the cryptographic technik its name ...
