Typo in 'Typo'

the plus is the 13th and not the 12th character in the example
quite confusing, if you know the answer and submit the 'wrong' position...
Would be nice, if someone could fix this.

well,
would be ok, if the solution would be a 0-based index too
but actually it's 1-based

actually, current solution seems to be 0-based too. i think everything is correct.
