MY UNIVERSITY'S FIREWALL DOES NOT ALLOW US TO ACCESS NOT EVEN UTUBE CAN ANYONE
GIVE A PROPER SOLUTION SO THA WE COULD EXCESS ANY SITY WITHOUT BEING NOTICED BY THE UNIVERSITY SERVER ROOM .

Yes you do...allegedly...but if hes in the US the that wonderful No Child Left Behind Act makes that pretty easy....and hey, look who our president was for the past 8 years... of course since he calls it university and not college he may not be in the US, either way yes you are supposed to have passed 4 years of English in HS.

Script Kiddie Way:
Perhaps just take control of your home computer probably with logmein anywhere else than university then install Hamachi and CCProxy.
Once you're done installing those on your home computer. Install Hamachi on your computer what you have in university. Set up the internet connection proxy setting to the home computer IP assigned in Hamachi on your university computer and set the port to 808.
By the way, anything you sent over the internet with Hamachi are encrypted so you're safe.
