Need help with airsnort

I had no experience in Wireless cracking before, so...
I got a WEP protected network, on channel 11...
I've installed Airsnort (on windows), and now setting it on channel 11 and clicking "Start"... seems it's doing something with the card, but it doesn't show the network... It should find it pretty quickly...
So, question: is it supposed to show networks with already gained keys, or it's not working for me??
