I am not too familiar with this, so yeah.
But is it possible to find someones email address on a free forum, even if they have it hidden?

Yes, actually.
But then you need to hack/crack the site to gather such information. There's allways a way to get into the database, and in this case it's not neccassary unethical (depends on what you gonna do with the mail-daress).
But I can't tell how you get that information from a specific website.
First of all, find out where the mail-adresses are stored. Then you may come up with a way to reach it.

Ah, I see.
I just want his email address to try to gain access to his account, as he gained access to administrator powers and deleted everyone on the board.
