Try using the SYSTEM account.
start --> run --> cmd
Then input:
at hh:mm /interactive taskmgr
(hh:mm = current time + the time you need for the operations below)
Then ctrl + shift + del, to open the task manager.
From there close the explorer.exe (in processes) and the taskmanager itself before hh:mm.
When both explorer.exe and the taskmanager is closed and hh:mm occurs, the new taskmanager will start "outside" any account (SYSTEM).
From this taskmanager you can start explorer.exe, again (File --> New Task --> 'explorer.exe'
Then this explorer.exe also will be run by SYSTEM.
From there you got a lot of permissions, even to things the administrator can't reach (by "normal" methods")

And exatly why would you take a creed? besides if you wana get technical aboutit a creed can be broken under sertan situations, but an oath is differant.

Have you tried to boot in safe mode? ( pressing F12 multiple times untill the boot meny shows up and then select 'Boot with secure mode'
Then just delete it. I'm not sure that you can start it in secure mode if you're not the admin but give it a try
