I want to crack an e-mail password but i dont know the method please give me a start

Woh... I doubt that assembly's gonna help you with cracking email acconts

SQL?? Yeah... It's a database language, a lot of web systems use it... Good knowledge of this language and basics of PHP would give you access to many web systems through their security holes... (Read smth about
SQL injection)

why dont just first check there db?´
first go to the website
Now get XAMPP/WAMP and Heidie SQL
Start XAMPP/ WAMP, and mySQl (that comes with them both)
Then you get an injector and Admin log.dll, inject admin log.dll
And whola you got all admin passwords ^^
