I tried a substitution using SCBR.Not working i get othentimp ....
Can anyone give me a hint?

I am not english-speaking and i don't get what it really means.

As far as I can tell, there's no hint in the title - but it's a basic cipher which you should be able to crack. I (a native English speaker) could read most of the message straight off anyway, and that gave me more than enough clues to get the answer.
CageR, every single letter in your answer is wrong :P if that helps... perhaps you didn't give your program enough ciphertext to work on? Certainly the one I wrote needs at least 20 characters normally.

Even as a non-native speakers I quickly got the clues laz0r mentioned. Then I spent about twenty minutes until I realized that filling the gaps from back to front works better.
Now I feel stupid and lacking imagination. Great puzzle indeed!
