here is the way to block somebodys computer

I am sorry but this is offline mode of crashing some bodis computer...
first you tell to a victim to download this software, it is named a alcohol soft...
If you do not know he serves for burning CD's...
here is a link;

after that you tell hem to change hes regional and language options....
or if U are using the computer at the time u change it all to "bosnia and hercegovinia"
then you instal the software and it sould yust block computer....
you can do the same with this software;

a name of this software is "demon tools"
this software is very usifoul for runing a virtual DVD's from a HDD...
buth if u change a language and regional options...to bosnian...
then you block a computer....
You can fix this by starting computer in safe mode...and removing a alcohol soft drivers from the sistem....
samo goes for the demon tools....

Ok, whoever came up with that idea is either smoking crack, or has the intelligence of a six week old lump of cheese. There is absolutely zero benefit to doing this, monetary or otherwise. If you can manage to get fired from Burger King or wherever you attempt to find your first job, consider being a telemarketer, but I don't see a bright future there either.
I bet this guy will actually still use the above quote in his "telemarketing volunteerism"

I don't understand you said it can block somebody computer... But what does it block? Block from what?

the art would be if you can block some one without asking him to follw this large array of crypting action.s
crypting to a newbies coz that's what is going to fall in your trap any body with simple basic kknowledge about pc would be able to get away with your trick.

I do not think so...couz it is dificoult to repair driwers...
first you need to delete drivers of these programs...
and then you need to...repair windows driwers....
and all off it in a "safe mode"

1. Why would you want to destroy someone's operating system?
2. How do you plan on stopping them from putting in their windows [restore] cd and reinstalling back over their old installation?
3. Are you under the impression that this is going to flash their bios || firmware so as to prevent them from booting from any boot disk?
There is a greater chance that their system would be f'd up much more severely if they ran IE all the time with ActiveX doing its thing, than by those methods.

That's not even a hack, it's vandalism. Not to mention when someone fixes it, they'll be > you.
