XOR Eval?? what is that? i don't understand at all..

anybody can help me to solve this 'XOR Eval' challenge... actually, i never learned about XOR... so i'm blank of this... please give me a clear information to me to understand enough to solve this challenge.. or u can give me a link which can give information and clue about this challenge a alot... thanks so much...
