Hacking SD card

This is my first message ont his site, and all. First of all let me introduce myself - I'm a programmer. What is hard youll ask me? And I'm giving you an answer.
It's hard to write programs for windows.
Why?
Because I dont know how to get access to hardware and whether it is possible with this os at all (without doing a f******g lot of programming my own driver, installing windows DDK, etc). I want to only read from register, like it was in the past days - inb... outb...
What I need to do is: get CID register contents from SD card that is inserted into the card reader.
Why?
Because i need the contents of this register, namely a 32bit serial number.
I need to somehow get access to SD card internal register- and I wonder whether it is possible with simple memory copy commands - write byte, read byte - not interfering with a stupid windows drivers, COM objects and interfaces.

This is a guy from Poland, and the guy with a dumb face he is russian.
I wonder would anybody help me to hack that fucking sd card.
What I came to is that I need a special drive that allows to read sd regtisters from card, at least a sd notebook drive.

Nah, I'm not from Poland... I'm from Czech Republic, but languages are familiar.
And, seems, that you're from Russia, right??

Sorry my suggestion may not be helpful.
But if there is a technical school or something that would have equipment.
Not much use if you can't access the equipment.
I don't know what else you could do.
