you can attempt to crack it with dictionary or brute force

woth which way have you hacked them?

program a fake login hot mail. you can down load ones that are already made they work great. also i would find out what anti virus software they are using. Some can detect that it is fake so when you do come around downloading one test it.

the easiest way?

It really depends on the situation. If the hot mail id that your trying to steal is on a friend/spouses computer, Theres plenty of places you can go and download a key logger (which will store all there key strokes with in a file that you can later access. Is the hot mail id some one you know?? if so scope out there PC if you have access to it. If not and all you have is the email well theres other ways to approach it

i know only his email what can i do?

you can try to guess his security question or use a brute password attacker. other ways, you can send him a well written virus/Trojan/root kit. ma cafe and Norton are really dumb when it come to zero day root kits. when you get you well written virus/Trojan/root kit...etc bind it with a music file or some file of you type so it doesn't make it so obvious.
