Registration is broken

There is
"Sorry, but this username has already been taken. "
message if you press "Register" button.
So, registration does not work at all.

Have you tried entering a different name, or does this message appear regardless of what username you choose?

This message ("Sorry, but this username has already been taken. ") is shown BEFORE entring any info.
Just immediately after hitting "Register" button.

Ah yes. This is definitely broken.
Also, when I logged out just a minute ago to test this, I got the following error:
