Hello,
I want to convert a .exe into a .shs file.
I wanted to use wordpad.
I draged and dropped the .exe into wordpad,
and then i did the same, but from wordpad to my desktop.
But after all, there is a .exe, like before. :(
I also wrote some text and dropped it to my desktop, and there was a .shs file.
But it only contains some text, but I want a .exe file being converted into a .shs file.
Do you have any idea? :?:

My response was sarcasm.

An shs file is a scrap file ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/138275 ). An exe is an executable ( http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-an-exe-file.htm ). I don't know about converting an exe into an shs. I think you are referring to embedding an executable inside an shs, which I personally couldn't tell you how to do.

Aside from that, I can only think of malicious reason for doing such a thing, which I do not condone, as I am sure most of the other members in the forum would not condone this either.
