have no idea how this work, and i just saw a thread about it. I've heard about it before and if i understand it right it works like an attack where alot of people make a request to the same place at the same time.

All I can do is laugh at this garbage. You are simply resetting your ip address, which is poitless and then running ping. I suggest you read up on ICMP to understand how ping works. Running the ping command 50 times is a waste of time. Try ping -t -l 65500 ipaddress. Of course that wont get you very far either unless you can get a bunch of computers to ping a server simultaneously then you can use up the bandwidth and create a DDoS.

To be honest anything to do with you is a waste of time, and amazingly I'm quite aware of what a skiddy is as I don't just make up definitions for terms like you do. You can indeed paste that code in a batch file, however you wouldn't achieve a thing except for harassing your own router/DHCPservice a little bit.
