Remove the keylogger, rootkit, or otherwise from your computer.
What exactly have you downloaded recently, and no, it wasn't 'nothing'.
After all, the tooth fairy didn't steal your WoW acc.

That trojan needs to be removed for starters. Second, are you using a wireless router? if so what kind of authentication do you use (WEP, WPA/WPA2, none)? For example do you enter a password or passphrase to connect you your wireless. If you are using no authentication or WEP, then it's possible that someone is connected to your router and sniffing the traffic.

Out of date software (such as your operating system) and applications/services you have running can expose you to worms and viruses as they out of date programs are more likely to have buffer overflow exploits and similar problems allowing a remote attacker to gain control of your computer over the web while your away eating jellied eels and mushy peas, the longer a problem exists the more likely it is to be exploited by some naughty person so you should keep everything up to date where possible, get something like NOD32 as well as it's rather good.

@ codex
since you mentioned NOD32 what do you think about kaspersky??

I haven't ever used it myself but it does appear to be very good when looking at the comparison between features, probably brilliant for normal home/office users but I prefer NOD32's low cost on computer resources and it's rather unobtrusive, if you have kaspersky you should probably stick with it.

thanks a lot codex
on my laptop I'm a free user but I have winXP on a friends PC and he wanted a good anti virus so I brought him Kaspersky Internet security (the original copy, it cost me only 30 US dollars) but I couldn't close my eyes since then the computer never stopped giving error messages at start up.
but what breaks my arm that the windows is not original it cost me only one US dollar and I can't afford buying an original one
I'm willing to teach my grand father free OS and not buying and original windows.

This might be a bit of an annoyance but you can probably acquire Kapersky on the warez scene for free, I'm aware that this is the case for other anti-virus software such as NOD32, I'd assume you got XP for $1 as it was itself warez so if you can afford the downloads (something like 630MiB for XP) then it might be worth you getting familiar with
torrents and such so that you can save yourself the extra expenditure of purchasing from others, not that I condone any form law breaking of course as I'm a legal beagle
