i have learned , C/C++ language, Linux, bash shell, html, etc.

But i don't know how to hack a website also.
How should i do???

You should learn creativity.

Remmber hacking is useing your brain to solve problems and then sharing the solution with the world (well okay the few that are actually paying attetnion but thats beside the piont ) you have the programing expierence so just pick something that you could solve and do it.
