WTF?? Are you retarded? You want to pay someone via paypal to "hack" a website for you. Why not just leave breadcrumbs to their front door with a sign that says "Welcome Feds." Also, Most web sites are private sites, owned by private entities, so that is irrelevant. And it doesn;t make a shit of difference if it's and illegal site, the laws still apply. Ever hear the old saying "Two wrongs don't make a right" ?

I love how people come in here and think that by bullshitting and saying "well the site is bad/illegal so it's ok to hack it for me..." that it will make anyone anymore interested in helping them.
