i was just wondering if u would be able to help me. my neighbor's computer won't let her log onto msn messenger....sumthing about the key port.....she has vista but i don't remember how to fix it as mine did the same thing to me any ideas? ur guys' help would be muchly appretiated

hmmm, if its a port problem its something with the internet lan ip dns etc...try to logoff any internet connection then relog them all ...
refresh the ip ->internet connection Fix ip right click on the pc icon...
start->internet connection->right click pc icon-> fix IP
i recommend to use Skype as an instant messageing software!
take the power plugin of the modem off as well
