I think I need a translator for his grammar, since most of what I understood was only from the context of the responses o-o

did you read the wiki on mental retardation? Let me list the "signs" that you might be retarded.
-Delays in oral language development
-Deficits in memory skills
-Difficulty learning social rules
-Difficulty with problem solving skills
-Delays in the development of adaptive behaviors such as self-help or self-care skills
-Lack of social inhibitors
