Cant find Root file in FTP..!!

hello hackers...
i have some doubts regarding a website.
i opened the ftp of the site and found nothing inside.
no root directory at all and though the site is running.
how is it possible ?
annd i cant find the cpanel of the hosting server.
the site is hosted on

of which i can go to cPanel....no user and password i can find here.
please help me guys.
