check out newegg.com and tigerdirect.com You might consider getting a barebones system. Tigerdirect has some nice ones that would be ideal for gaming.

Some special graphics card, i am assuming. I get dual monitor support in my other tower computer because it has a second plugin slot, and I just have an adapter since the secondary slot is serial monitor connection, and I get two monitors!

ok, so that answers my multi monitor question. next is a processor, I have a 150 dollar budget for a processor, what do you recomend, also would it be better to shop on ebay for the more expensive things (graphis cards for the tri monitor support, motherboards, sound cards, ect.)

Well if you check out the barebones systems you can usually get a case, mobo, processor and sometimes memory and a video card. It tends to come out cheaper when you buy the bundles like that. here have a look

I've seen systems with mobo processor and case for under $200 and IMO these site are more reputable than ebay sellers and less of a hassle if you have a problem. of course I've never trusted really trusted ebay :?

Also you can get free shipping on a lot of stuff.
