It's gonna be a good idea to get yourself some WiFi. And I don't advise you to 'hack' with your permanent ADSL, or whatever you're using.

You don't know what proxy is good for? Arright... Proxy server is a server, that allows users indirect access to the net; it means, that you first connect to the proxy server, and then it connects the server you're requesting; then proxy server sends back to you requested data; so some 'bad guys' from the web cannot identify you by your IP adress, because after your visit they got proxy's IP adress...
