This is not a hacker.org challenge but something I found on the net. I don't think it can be converted into a hacker.org challenge and I have not managed to solved it. I hope this forum is at least somewhat the right place to post this. A lot of people are trying and failing, so I thought you might want to give it a try and find it interesting.
If anyone finds a solution, please PM me or post it to bruce schneiers blog.
The challenge is to find text hidden in another text. It is from an old formerly secret NSA book about crypto. I will not copy&paste the text as I might mess up typos or layout that might be somehow important. It can be found here, it is from this book.
