these are a few commands made by black hat hackers or by proggramers for educational purposes i dont really know 1 thing i know for sure is that eack of these commands are dangerous and could be really harmful for the site used on these commands are supposed be used in google serach engine. im sure that the base of these commands such as inurl, intitle, filetype etc. were added by google for better serch and now being used by hackers and crackers as a whole for bad or unknown puposes. as u must have noticed the description of each commands are given like this:
