You know, its more than likely that the file you have would contain usernames and hashes, not actually passwords. so even if you got the file open, you would still pretty much have to brute force to figure out the passwords for each username.

that, and he's trying to hack his school. stay out of it.

Well yeah just pointing out that hes wasting his time...

He probably needs to change his grade because hes too lazy to do his work.
