possible bug in "secure room"?

Hi,
I'm not really sure but it looks like somethings wrong with "secure room". I remember it looked like a normal login screen a few days ago. Maybe I'm wrong, but I just want to report this.

edit: it points to this address: http://www.adum.com/secureroom/ which is full of php-error messages.
