second, learn a programming language is the first step if you want to be a programmer. the whole idea of being a hacker is using that knowledge in a creative way.

It was a joke and his question was answered. Besides its not just spelling mistakes, its flat out terrible grammar. Besides one can't expect to get far if they don't know how to speak.
