PHP mailer script interconnection via socks protocol?

I was browsing today and i came across this spectacular piece of work; Elite PHP INbox Mailer . What makes it different is that it integrates into the system socks protocol, therby deliverying mails to inbox ALWAYS .. Thought you guys might be interested, so i uploaded a copy here ;
