took me quite some time to find out it was no rotation and key-encrypted cipher.
then finding the solution for substitution was quite easy except i couldn't imagine a word that would match "weather?ane" nor google nor dictionaries managed to match the ? as unknown char.
got it right after i asked a native english speaking guy

Same problem for the non native english speaker that I am...
I provided google with the word completed with a random letter. It then told me "did you mean..." with the right answer.

it was to short for frequency but i still was able to solve this by hand by guessing that the first part was theansweris and decrypting the last with the known letters
