Destruction is never acceptable; the legendary Robin Hood was a jackass. Maybe the poor deserved their predicament. Or maybe the rich actually deserved their wealth. Regardless, the legend implies that they possessed something, legally, and that he stole their funds and gave them to others.

If I have a dollar, and a man doesn't, it's not your place to liberate my dollar and give it to him. That's my dollar, damnit.
