This challenge has confused me for several days. I still can't get through.

@Stingrey: Nope, you don't. Maybe have a closer look on the spelling of the countries that are referenced by the flags. And then remind yourself how a telecran is used...

Hi,
I am pretty sure that I have correctly applied the title to the flags. But I can't make anything out of the result. Is this some kind of special telecran or do I have to look at it differently?
