Ethical Hacker = Script Kiddie? (Certification Book)

I have seen many of the tools those are commonly used to pick up password, crack, and other stuff to Windows computers and they're mostly script kiddies tool. I found absolutely no programming section in a book when it is actually a requirement to all hackers. People who are looking for Certified Ethical Hacker with Exam Prep.... beware.... -__-
