Getting into programming

Post by Zaffron »

Sooo... I have browsed around a bit (hahaha...ha...lame...) and I am just wondering, what is a good way to get into programming and stuff? Like, what would you recommend to take to get started, like classes, books, cds, tutorials, etc. I would really love to become a better programmer and a better hacker (not cracker, I know the difference :P)...

Anyone?

I would suggest starting with C# and master it... learn socket programming in that. Once done with these then you should move on to C++ then you can master advance application development.

Or you could ask your parent what you want for a present for Christmas.
