Why does it have to be java?

:evil: I hate java, does anbody know where I can get a conversion like thing to convert python, or c++, or perl, or ruby into java??

The wikipedia page for "Java Virtual Machine" lists several tools to compile other languages into java bytecode, but I don't know how well they'd interface with the custom JVM used by this site.
